Charter sales trying to upgrade service.

Usually come in after 8 pm eastern U.S. time. I never answer and caller doesn't leave msg. Adding to block list

They call me everyday. I never answer I have added this number to my blocked list multiple times and the number still dials through. I have an iphone it must not block properly.

Called me every few days for the last week without leaving a message. Finally answered it and it was Charter.

it's charter, trying to get you to sign up for their latest bundle. just tell them you don't have a TV and they get confused and end the call.

Telling them you dont have a television no longer works now that they have charter streaming. I wish "no thanks" would just work. Seems like the only calls I get anymore!

If its charter; just add your a fake number, if they want to get a-hold of you just have them email you instead. They have your email on file. (to upgrade service)

Calling at 9:00 at night? Seriously?
