They call every day.  Leave the same message.  "Hi!  This is Vicki (or Maria or whoever,) this is about your Duquesne Light bill.  Please call me back IMMEDIATELY with the statement you receive in the mail."  They have been calling for months.  It is a scam.  They want you to change your utility provider.  They make it seem like you have not paid your bill and your electricity will be shut off.  Theyare not associated with my Duquesne Light power company.

We do not have this account or utility. They call almost daily. It's very upsetting. At one point they said they would not call again. They did. And continue.

Yep - "Hi this is Vicky - calling to follow up with you about your Duquesne Light bill".  Hello there scammers!  I do not have Duquesne Light.  Stop calling me!!

Received a call stating "This is Vicky calling to follow up about a notice on your Duquesne utility account.  Please call me back immediately with the recent statement received by mail at 888-685-1502.  Meanwhile, the number they called from is (801) 299-8590.  When I called back, they place you on hold with this crazy piano music stating someone will be with you shortly.  When the lady got on, I said I was calling about my Duquesne bill message but I don't have Duquesne light service.  She immediately hung up the phone.  I honestly feel bad for all the elderly people who get these calls because they would fall for it and end up robbed by these ridiculous scammers.

Obvious fraud of some sort. I let it go to VM: A guy whispers "okay, I am ready, go, go, go". Then Vicky says that Duquesne Light sent a notice and that I must call. Then the guy whispers, something else that I couldn't  catch.

Same as sated above,  "Vicky" left two VM messages. SCAM.
