I HAVE NEVER ORDER A PRODUCT NAME HERBAL MIND.....The phone number on my Visa Bill is 888-695-6649 NJ .

I didnt receive a call from that number, but when I saw the $164.83 charge on my VISA today, I immediately googled HERBAL MIND and found this site.  While on the phone w/ my bank, I called the 888-685-6649 and apparently I was once a customer and due to some computer error I was charged this amount.
I never remember dealing w/ these guys, but the lady on the phone said I should see my $ back in my account from 1-30 days.
I told her that people are complaining about random charges and VERY RUDELY she said "I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THAT"
These people do need to go to jail or be put out of business....

we rec'd a charge on visa from 1/22/08 which states Herbal Mind for 164.83ordered the Hoodia pills, but that was 1-1/2 years ago. Never called them, they just scammed us to make a little money.

I got same problem 2 of Feb,after I called the bank I also called  FBI office about this HERBAL MIND NJ...,DON'T let them get away !

I had the same issue - on my January VISA they charged $164.83 - I called and they told me it was a computer 'glitch' and I would see a refund the following month. So when I received my February statement instead of a refund I was charged again. I called, she was rude, said the January was 'a different area', the bill showed Wallace Herbals, Feb showed Herbal Minds. I have closed down my credit card in fear of getting charged again and am completing item disputes but know that I will never see anything. How can get we them prosecuted?

I also got the same charge on my credit card from the exact company and for the same amount of money.  I have never ordered this product and have also had to cancel my credit to avoid any further purchases.  I have contacted my card holder and it remains to be seen if I will recover the money or if I will have to pay these charges.

I have not recieved a call from that number, however, I recieved a charge on my debit card for $69.83. On my account statement it said the company name was Herbal Mind. I have never dealt with or ordered from this company.  I called the phone number which was (888)-695-6649 and when I called it went to the voicemail and said that you have reached the fulfillment center.  I have contacted my bank and they are undergoing a full investigation.  I can't believe these people.  They will not get away with it!

I haven't received a call but have been charged 3 days in a row for 69.83/day, these charges started on March 4th and was attemted again on the 5th as well as the 6th.  I have never heard of these people nor even had dealings with them. THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF. My bank is investigating also.

I also was charged 69.83 by herbal mind i caught it just today now my account is overdrawn.

I am so glad I found this thread!  I found this debit of $69.83 from my bank checking account (dated yesterday, 3/5) with the same 888-695-6649 NJ phone number and called it right away as that is the direction my bank always tells me to begin.  I was given the same story about being a former customer (I have never heard of the company), that there was a computer "glitch" and I will receive my refund in 7-30 days.  Now I know to get serious with my bank immediately so this doesn't keep recurring.  How does this even happen???? I hope I get my money back!!

I have not received any calls nor had any charges on my credit card from these jerks, but if this happens to you, do not pay the charges on your credit card!  Contact your credit card company immediately and they will take off the charge while they investigate. 99 percent of the time, you will not have to pay. I have never had a problem when I have disputed any charges and I have never had to pay. So please do not pay and call your credit card company ASAP!

I didn't receive a call, but like some of the others, I had a charge for 68.93 on my debit card. My bank said the only way to guarantee it didn't happen a gain was for me to cancel my debit card and get a new one which is going to take 10-14 days.  I called the number and was told that I had been a former customer which was a lie as this was the first time I had ever heard of this company.  She said my money would be refunded in the next 7-30 days.  I will believe that when I actually see it.  These bunch of crooks need to be taken care of immediately and put out of business.

Same story as the rest. On March 10, 2008 I was charged $69.83 from Herbal Minds which is a copmany I have never heard of in my life. I have contacted my bank and they said I need to wait till the money clears my account befor they will take any action . So I have canelled that card. My wife suggested contacting the FBI and report them since this sems to be a wide spread scam and for those who havent found a way to get a refund to file a class action suit.

I too have become a victim of this scam. I was not called, but a Pending transaction showed up for $69.83 from Herbal Minds with the number listed, a company I have never done business with nor heard of.  Upon contacting my bank, I was told that the purchase was made using the correct card information, but incorrect address information; I took this as a sign my card had been used fraudulently.  I decided not to contact this company based on the comments left by others regarding their experience, as well as the fact that I have no business with them, and have not received a product or service.  A stop payment was put on my account, my check card had to be canceled and reissued, and a temporary credit for the amount in question was deposited, pending investigation.  This is outrageous, but should I receive any additional information I will post it here.

Just got ripped off as well.Never heard of Herbal minds before today.I currently reside in the UK.They took exactly the same amount-$69.83.This is the first time this has happened to me.I ve cancelled my card immediately.

I am having the same problem. I have yet to recieve a phone call, email or even a product through the mail. I have never ever heard of Herbal Mind but, they have charged my debit card $69.83 not once but, twice in 6 days. I am so pissed off because, this is my hard earned money that these jerks are stealing. I have contacted my bank and they said "they can't do anything as of yet but, investigate the problem". If anybody has any information about who, what or where Herbal Mind is PLEASE post so, that we all could learn more about this.

Herbal mind is a company trying to get away with a scam, but I have have contacted my bank. The bank can't do anything till it has processed through. If you find a fax number for these people give this to the bank and they will have to respond to a pre-authorization paper from the bank. If they do not respond then the funds will not be drafted for your account according to my bank. Herbal mind we will find you!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem with this company.  I live in the Uk, and have never done business with this company, or heard of them.  I got a letter today from my bank informing me that I was being charged for going over my limit on an account that I havent used for 8 months.  When i telephoned my bank, they told me a Debit Card payment had been made to Herbal Mind on 10th March 2008 for approx £35.  I have lodged a fraudulent transaction claim with the bank, and it will be investigated and the police are going to be informed.  Where is this company getting our card details from, and the CV code?

Herbal Mind - I didn't get a call. But was charged $69.83. I contacted the bank as soon as I saw the charge. They told me I had to try to contact the company. So I found on ripoffreport.com the number. The lady who answered wouldn't give me any information unless I gave her my card number. And obviously I wouldn't tell her so she said she didn't want to help me and to figure it out myself. So I have called the FBI. Filed fraud through my local police department. Informed the BBB. Do not wait for them to refund you the money! People who wait too long don't get the money back. Don't cancel your card! If you cancel your card which it was charged through there is no way for the company to put the money back into your account. My bank wouldn't do anything because it was a pre-authorization. They said they had to wait for it to clear. So I was there everyday making sure the charge was dropped. Finally they got sick of seeing me and contacted the main branch and someone went into my account and canceled it. Don't wait they can do something about it!!!!
    I am so curious how they got our card number. If some how we are all linked.... I wish there was more we could do to shut this company down! There has to be something they can't be allowed to just keep doing this.
