This is a tech scam for 123 Hp help

Had trouble with my HP printer and chatted with I thought was HP Support.  They wrote back and said they would have someone call me in a few minutes.  It turned out to be a tech scammer for 123 Hp.support

Thought I was calling HP tech support. Now I find out it's a scam. Concerned about my security now

trying to use the HP Smart app to set up my new printer (worst setup program, I will not buy a HP product again), durring set up the program froze and wouldn't let me close it, restarted it after CTL_ALT_DELn it again stopped with a C0000022 error  and locked up with nowhere to go. Put the code into serarch, then got a screen saying 123HP help on a HP screen saying call HP support at 888-706-8610, called the guy Micheal said to reboot my pc and he will call back in 10 min. He did, told me my op system was corrupt then gave me a price of $199 to fix and wanted CC number, thats where I left

I have never, ever had problems with HP.  My guess is that you did not go to their official website?  https://support.hp.com/us-en

I googled Geico to ask a question regarding my insurance policy. I called the+1 (888) 930-8610 they answered as a Geico employee after briefly asking a couple questions about my identity. They gave me correct answers and they able to tell me how is under covered my insurance and my cars years models and how much I paid than they asked me to pay them now to get discounts for a new promotion it benefits me. They tried to charge me and the new amount. I noticed they are scammers. The guy who answered me had Indian ascent. Please be careful.

John, you seem to have posted under the wrong number thread.  Note that the exchange (middle three numbers) on this thread are 706 while the number you searched and used, has an echange of 930.
