scam - says has papers to serve but leaves no details. I get these calls about once a month

same thing, says they have papers to serve me, but dont ever identify who they are with or who they are serving papers for. SCAM!

Yes I have. Same thing as you guys, they say you're being served and need 2 forms of I.D. No way are they getting that. It's a scam.

Clearly a SCAM.. They claim they JUST received a fax to serve me and blah blah. Yet they have called several times before from this number. They are even stupid at scamming!

me too - get them all the time.  stupid scammers

Just for me they were willing to work out a settlement for something I've never heard of. I told them see you in court pal! SCAM!

Scam/Fraud - report to local law enforcement!

It's was a call stating that I had a letter to be served and that If that couldn't reach me at my home they would come to my work.

Same thing as above- recording saying they are going to serve me. Never identified their company or stated who the message is for (this is a business phone). Scam.

Same thing, someone named Jessica from some company called Independent something Courier. She just got a fax to serve me a legal notice. They will serve me at my home or employment. If they can't reach me at home they will serve me at my job. Make sure I have 2 IDs and my employer is there to be a witness (or some blah about that). They left the number 888-708-9483 to change the date and time (though they never left that information to begin with), but also didn't specify who they were looking for (I often get calls for family members).  I won't be calling back. Very confident it's SCAM.

Get calls all the time from these jerks . Sometimes message is left sometimes no message. No one calls you to let you know you are being served. Scamers..too lazy to get a real job. Don't even bother answering the call. Report to your local AG and Police.

Got call, called and and skip tracing server. Asked what for and told a civil judgement against my brother. Told him good luck as I haven't been able to track him down for 10 years. he thanked me and told me he would mark off my name as not associated and hung up.

This number called me and someone named Jessica told me they had received a fax and that they had to serve me at home or at work, but that I had to have 2 forms of ID and a supervisor present to sign as a witness.  They never once asked for me by name nor did they give any specifics about why they were going to serve me.  They're obviously scammers.

Got the same phone call. I told them I had already been served which I have not and he slammed the phone in my face lol. What a crock of $@#-

called back from a blocked line.  the guy who answered tried to pretend that there is a fraud case against me. I did not give him any information.

Received the same message.  IDK
