Received a call from this number today. A lady by the name of Diane, called and told me that I owe $500 in fees for a credit card I supposidly received from Bank of Deleware back in 2006. Lady said they sent me several letters in the mail concerning the matter. I have no memory of ever receiving a credit card, and I explained this to the women I spoke to. She then proceeded to tell me, that If i did not may the minumim down payment of $140 by the end of the day then she was going to let her client know, that i was unwilling to resolve the matter. She also said they would freeze my bank accounts until the matter was resolved.
