Have received two calls from this number claiming to be a collection agency. When I started to question them about this supposed medical bill I owed they became rude and aggressive and would not let me speak to a supervisor but threatened litigation if I did not want to cooperate.

Keep getting voicemails saying they’re a document delivery service and me not calling them back constitutes my noncompliance and litigation will be pursued. I have no idea who they are, but I don’t call 800 numbers back and I pay my bills.

"Andrew" left a message claiming he is from the "Delivery Department of Documents and Procedures and Conduct" and said if I do not press 1 to speak to somebody, or call them back at this number: 888-713-1195, that it will be considered noncompliance and action will be escalated.

I have no idea what this is or what he is talking about, but I will not be returning this apparently scam call. I feel bad for elderly or mentally challenged people they do this to. 😡

The voicemail was "this is Adam from the delivery department of document procedures and conduct. Failure to contact will result in a failure to comply etc....Sounds fishy

Same as other posts, claiming to be some imaginary document delivery service and not calling them back somehow indicates non-compliance. Not complying with your nonsense, that's true.
