United Recovery Systems.  Calvin Watkins calls my home phone, cell phone and work phone.  He usually calls a little after 8am (ET) on weekdays.  Has also called in the am on weekends

They're a debt collection company and they are legitimate.  I would highly recommend you record all conversations with them because one small slip on your part could make it easier for them to attach your wages in court.  A lawyer also suggested that you have them read ALL OF THE ID INFORMATION THEY HAVE ON YOU to make sure it's not a phishing a scam.

I answered the phone, but no one responded.

Keeps calling me everyday 3-4 times per day. Every time I answer it just hangs up, tried calling the number back but it will not go through

These idiots are from a collection agency that has the reputation of septic tank. The person they are looking for is someone I have never heard of and I tell them so every time I speak with them. Once when they called, I was told I was speaking with an attorney. When I asked for her Bar Number she started cussing me so I gave back as good as I got. The next time I spoke with one of these fools they said they had an agent within a couple of blocks who was going to serve me with a lawsuit filed through the District Attorney's Office. I told them to tell him to come on over. No lawsuits are filed by Texas District Attorneys for bad debt and only the original injured party can file a complaint for fraud. The only reason I even answer is to harass them back. All they do is lie when speaking to you and many Attorney's General are taking complaints on these scumbags. Being a retired police officer I know criminal and civil procedure in Texas and these slobs break the law every time they call, once they have been told to communicate by mail.

Received call from "Collection Recovery Services" They would provide no detailed information about the supposed debt I owed, but they started asking me for private information. I hung up on them and called Chase who said they would never ask for information by phone.  

This is a scam company would not give any info but they keep asking for private info. My neighbor got the same calls. Always a black women or black man.

DO NOT ANSWER!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! Unless you have a police whistle to loudly blow into the phone or something loud, like a snare drum to pound - DO NOT ANSWER!!!

got a call  from them they first started asking for my information,  I asked him who he was and the company he worked for, he said he didn't have to give it.  I informed him until I get the information about his company, their physical address, and the names of the pres. and VP, we will not go any further.  He made same sly remark, I then asked him for his name and employee number,  I would call them back in a couple of days and ask for you by your employee number.  If you are lying I know you are a scammer.  He refused to give me the information.  I told him then I know that this is a scam call and hung up.

I get these calls frequently - the tried and true way to make them stop is to conference them through to your state's Attorney General's office - they never call back after that!

Called our office last night, but did not leave a voice mail. Caller ID listed the number and "UNITED RECOVERY".

These people are annoying. They never leave a message.

Another phone call. Another message not given. These people bug!

How can you tell someones skin color based on a phone call?

I do not owe anyone... Blood suckers called my house  and left a message stating that they were the" cable company"  reaching out to me regarding the cable price.I  Noticed that they did not state the name of the cable company (serious red flag). I looked up the number and the online information is telling me that this is a collection agency.
