this is a collection agency... they use aggressive illegal tactics to attempt to collect on old payday loans ... however Jesse Davis who thinks he is so cool will tell u it's fraud linked to your bank account ..making it seem as if there is "claim" filed ..  he will break a number of fdcpa laws by threatening to 3rd party disclose to your previous employer ..by not giving all disclosures .. he will harass and make fun of you ..and become irate when you suggest you're not falling for his poor collection tactics .. not a credible company .. if they call you report them to the attorney general and bbb or call your local consumer affairs attorney .. they need to do better or get shut down

Scammers, they use a local area code number then tell you to call 888-742-0615. They don't leave a business name or any pertinent info. Just dirt bag scammers.

Original Caller ID is 603-371-9507... calls 3-10 times a day & leaves a message to call 888-742-0615.. after 5 min on hold I get--- "the person at extension 400 is not available, please leave your name and contact #"

called and left message stating call is in reference to a claim number of which I know nothing about.

Called looking for a previous tenant who rented a home I own.  I believe they cross referenced the address with tax records to call me looking for the tenant (who by the way left me holding the bag on 6 months rent)

This number is in a recording from a number (713) 357-6403 that says either push 0 or call 1-888-742-0615. IT IS A SCAM! The lady who answers wants your personal info like your social security. BEWARE, HANG-UP, or BLOCK. I have reported both numbers to the FCC. Also, when I ask them to stop calling they laugh. I am very saddened that they continue to SCAM  good decent people.

Got several calls already from local number is 714-316-0360 but then they leave message about a claim for me #936451 and tell me to call 1-888-742-0615. Not buying it---total SCAM. Do not tell them anything and refer to the Fair Debt and Credit practice law that states they must give you information as to where to send a verification of debt letter and who they represent. If they are not willing to tell you this info and give you some BS line about being a mediation group, its BS- if they are trying to collect on a debt- they are required to follow the law.

Sounds like a scam

Dont know this number. Just say to call in reference to.

First they call my sister who has an unlisted number then myself claiming that someone has find an complaint against me claiming i owe someone money giving me a reference # 935533.

This number calls every other day. Left a message at my sisters home. When I call they claim I have an outstanding payday loan which I do not. When I asked for them to send me proof (my purse was stolen) they tell me that they cannot because they are a mediator and do not have access to that information. When I asked for the number to call the "Titan LLC" group who supposedly has hired them, they tell me that they do not accept calls. WTF! Total scam!!

I get calls from them from a local #.  They must go onto your FB account and look at where you are or have been and use one of those locations so you'll think it's a client or friend.  The # they call me from is 609-228-8244.  Then the tell me to dial this # 888-742-0615 in a half-assed VM.  I blocked it, but for some reason still recv he messages.  I looked up the local # and it belongs to an individual.  So, do I alert that person that these scum are usig his #?

Just got a call on my private cell phone from a local number 702-381-0798 (connected to Las Vegas, NV) and it appears to be the same situation described here by others except when I called them back, a man answered but would not answer my questions. In addition, in the voicemail they first left me, the company identified itself as something like Global Services but said it was calling about an account collection for claim #888824 and to call back to this number: 1-888-742-0615. I called the second number and no one said hello or anything although I heard heavy breathing and strange noise in the background. At one point I heard a woman in the background talking about "room reservations". So who knows? I'm guessing it's a scammer of some sort. Be careful about calls from people you do not know!

I received 4 calls from a "local" number. Same area code, but different county in the state. All calls had an automated message left on my voicemail. The first 3 gave me one number to call back.  The last gave me a case # to reference when calling a different #. I called one of the numbers from my work phone. No business name, just a guy answering with his name. I know its a scam, an annoying scam...

Calls come from 817-438-7938 but tells me to call 888-742-0615 with a claim number.  The only time I talked to anyone I demanded to know the name of the company and who they were collecting for and they kept telling me that info was not available. They wanted me to give info but they would not give any to me.  They call at least three or four times a week, always while I am at work

Caller id says Peterborough Nh.   Several times a day usually meal times.  As the rest of the comments here, the recorded message is to call 882-742-0615 with case #943203.  I may be old but not stupid enough to fall for this scam.

Call three times today and left three voicemail messages stating that they filed claim #630985 and want me to return their phone call.  Total scammers.

Is this a legitimate call or is this a scam?   I keep receiving calls from them and they want my social security # but won't tell me what they are calling me about unless they have my information.  Calls from a local # but leaves 888-742-0615 to call back with claim #.

Global Services is a known criminal enterprise.  They talked to you or left a message?  Thyen they are required to do this (if they don't it confirms they are crooks):

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
