these people have been calling and calling, my mother-n-law, where i go to church at, they even call me. i have given information about how they can not make me pay any more than i am paying now, they have excepted the amount in the past now they want more money and keep harrassing me and my family. my attorney said if they except the amount i have been sending them they have to except each payment every month, but they insist on harrassing me thru my mother-n-law and where i go to church at. they are harrassing them and they were asked not to call my work, my mother-n-law and where i go to church. thank you.

I received a call from Capital Management as well, very ugly collections unit. Basically, we started paying on an old card making the account active again: old credit card which probably would have come off his credit since it had been over seven years. So be careful about these calls. We had no problem paying what he owed but the lady I spoke to was an extremely nasty person, had the nerve to get nasty with me when I was trying to pay on my husband's old card, a debt from before we were ever married. I was extremely nice to her and she demanded the debt in full or wanted nothing. So then I told her I wouldn't pay that company a cent.  I would pay the card company but not Capital Management.  I tried to file a complaint on the lady i spoke to but I was told she was the top of the company.
