This is a scam. Do not give them your information.

Wanted my personal information but refused to tell what company was he was with and also refused to tell me what company "filed litigation papers on me"!  It is a scam!  DO NOT give your info.

The said they got case under my name and social security schedule for service tomorrow between 12:00 and 5:00

Unknown caller calls repeatedly. Leaves a lengthy *threatening* voicemail that says they are calling from LEGAL ONE & ASSOCIATES regarding a litigation notice & they've received & further explain that I have only the matter of hours to call them back or they will proceed with a fraud claim against me & pursuit to the highest extent of the Law... that was call #1.

After not responding (because I clearly know this is a phishing call), the call went like this YOU HAVE 30MINS TO CONTACT US BACK BEFORE I (THE REP) COMES TO YOUR HOME & JOB TO SERVE YOU "PULITIGATION" (clearly they meant Litigation but just another red flag that you are saying LITIGATION WRONG)

I did call them back to get a recording of the call for myself. The person answering the phone simply answered saying "CLAIMS"... I asked him to identify the name of the company & he couldn't, he then became so upset that I didn't answer his questions (giving him my date of birth & Social) that he ended up hanging up on me LOL!!

I called a second time (this time from a different #, & while still recording, the same guy answered the phone but this time he said he was a representative from a Law Office, he was caught again & again HUNG UP ON ME!! LOL

I have received more calls & refuse to entertain any further, looking to report the # to the attorney general because at this point it is harassment... if you block your # and call back you will get a entire different spill on who they are but, the ultimate goal is to scam money from you.

Called saying it was to notify [relative of mine] about claims against them. Funny, this is my personal cell phone and I live in a different state...

The person who called said her name was Sarah White (not sure about the last name, the call quality was terrible).
