got a post card about this from Southwest Celebration stating we've won an award for 2 round trip tickets.  is this a scam?

the front of that postcard does not have a Southwest plane on it,,, They have Red / Blue belly with a Heart.. I cannot see them sending a promotion without their actual plane . or real reservation number
