This number, one of several numbers and call centers, is the corporate offices of the AccuQuest Hearing Centers, which provides hearing aids.  Apparently, they've got a promotion campaign going for a new development in hearing aids.  It's not a blanket promotion; they first send out personal letters (hard copy, through postal mail).  Then if you respond and show interest, that is funneled through these call-center response teams to make appts, where one can see their products, take hearing tests, have your own hearing aid cleaned (if you use one), and try their new devices at their open-house demonstrations in your local area.
