Said I had a credit card back in 2001 while I was still in high school. He said a process server will be serving the papers to me at home. I can't wait to show my Atty.

They just called here under the guise of Mrs Lopez.  We are a business and they were saying that an employee here needed to call them immediately.  When I told her I cant get messages to the guys in the plant she wigged out on me and started with the threats.  Of course I gave it right back and now forwarded this on to our legal department to take it from there.  SCUM BAG COLLECTORS!  DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALL THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I got a phone call from our old address the number is 188878777602 and 2815919797 and it is an agency that is wanting to sever an warrant for a debt and said they were from the gaveston,county sherriff department.and I called the 18887877602 and thery did not answer the phone asthe sherriff department.

I received a nasty voice mail saying they would be making a decision for me as to a litigation case if i did not respond within 48 hours.  Then today i received a  call from an idiot saying they were collecting on a debt from 2 years ago from Capital One credit card and i have never had a credit card from that company, he wanted to verify my SS# and i refused! I hung up and they called again, last call the number was blocked.  I will defiantly get a call blocker for my iphone right now...these people are jerks!!

Rebecca Myers called several times from Full Spectrum, said i had 48 hours to respond or she would make a decision about my claim for me, maybe she'll decide to pay some of my bills.lol
These people are just bill collectors with new attack tactics to get you on the phone.

If they get you ask for their business license # and tell them your contacting BBB.
They hide from you then........oh yeah tell them for impersonation of a Law Enforcement ,Federal Bureau, or U.S.Court Systems is punishable to 10 years in Federal prison!!

I received phone calls from this number 1888-787-7602 at my moms housse, she answered the phone cause i don't live there and they told her that they had a summons out in my name and i had to go to court for a debt.

Got a call from this outfit saying that I owe a bunch of money on a credit card from 2001.  They threatened to sue, said I will be served with a court summons (in NY, I don't live in that state anymore and was only there for 3 months!) and also they will take the car I helped a friend to buy while I was in NY.  (My name is on the loan and the title, but it is registered only in her name and she, not me, is making the payments on it.)

When I said I want to talk to my bank on Monday before sending them any money, the idiot I was talking to got irate and said they don't deal with Chase Bank.  What I will actually do, since I am on SSD due to an injury to my back, is to call the legal aid office in the state where I now reside.  (Go to <http://www.lsc.gov/> and look for "Find legal aid" on the right side of the page, toward the bottom.)

18887877602 a michael wells called saying i was being sued by a credit card i had in 2005, said if i didn't send a partial payment of 1200 they would take me to court and sue me and could take my  property, does anyone know if this is legit

These idiots called my brothers cell phone yesterday, asking for me. Strange, because all of my info. is part of public record. Same thing though. The caller was named Melissa and said they had tried to serve me a summons (so now they are contacting the "next of kin" interesting). I was going to call the number this morning to find out what was going on, but thankfully I googled the number and found all of your comments about these scumbags. Plus like others have said, I have no back debt at this time, so they really need to do a better job of researching before they call.

i just received a call from this number 888-787-7602 the womans name was cindy michaels she left message that said they were going to have a jugement against me for something my husband sent in and i had 48 hours to respond my husband has no idea what this is and neither do i.  I am however going to turn the number and message over to the athoraties because this is not proper business pratices and should be stopped. or maybe we should all bring charges for harassment exct. Maybe then they would stop seems to me that number has to lead somewhere,  Maybe its time we find out where.

I just listened to a voice message from Rebecca.  I thought it was rather strange because I do not have outstanding debts.  Thank god for the internet because I gamble t see that it is s scam and I will be sure to block the number as well.

A few months ago I received a call saying there was a summons for me and would result in a warrant being served if I did not give them my street address. I refused something seemed off about the whole thing. I said I would come to the office a deal face to face but they would not do it. I told them if they changed thier mind to call back. Today I received another call and it was similar with the same responses. Then I received a phone call from my exhusband in another state they had called his father. I feel like I'm being stalked and will be reporting this.

I was half asleep, as I work night job, I barely could understand and when i asked him to repeat again, he got upset. He said something about the court and letters, and something about 48 hours to response. he gave me a phone number 888-787-7602 to contact and a case number. Before calling i thought to Google the number and it showed me this site. I was reading the information u guys have posted and I feel little relief after reading ur's post. Do you all think I should call them and ask them not to bother me anymore? or shall I just ignore it. I don't want to get involved in these matters, its just waste of time and money and too much of hassle.

Received a call, some lade named Mrs Lopez asking for my dad. Saying that he needed to call to review a complaint filed against him. Fisrt of all, sounds strange someone calling under a Mrs Lopez without representing a title and company, nothing. Left a case number of 28898-CA. Looked up in general google search, and looks like its already assigned to case DEFCON INC vs WEBB - LA Court of Appeals back in Jan 1997. Then looking up to see if its a scam, found this site. SCAM. Id ask for their business license # so that you can verify their business. Ask for a case number a check with the courts. Look out folks. Beware!

Cant something be done to prosecute these crooks?
