Same here, some guy left a voicemail. Said his name was Ian Webb and this is in reference to a lawsuit and if I do not respond, they will proceed forward without me. Not the first time I’ve received a message like that. Of course, six months or a year from now there will be no record of anything of the sort because it’s all made up in an attempt to get me to call back. They will ask me to provide my name, DOB, and social security #, etc..my personal information with them lol. Just an another bull**** tricky tactic on their end to exploit personal info. If it was legitimate I would have received a physical letter of some sort explaining the nature of said “lawsuit”
