This is the 2nd time that I got this call.  Phone number does not accept return calls.  Voice sounds computer-ish and the probable scammer's recording started before my voice mail started recording.  I inserted punctuation to indicate where a speaker would have paused.

" ...the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that we just suspend your social security number because we found some suspicious activity.  So if you want to know about this case just press 1 thank you."
