It's a scam. The number has been spoofed. If there were an actual issue with your account, you would receive an official letter not a recorded message.

Same here I got a call from 888-810-3744 claims they are from the SSA saying there was suspicious activity on my Social, and they were cotton claim my belongings because of that and wanted me to call back and speak to an officer. But they didn’t say who the call was for
