i JUST GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO SERVE ME, AND i HAD TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND ASK FOR A R.O.F FORM. HE STATED IT WAS FOR WRITING BAD CHECKS. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT IDIOT...

They just called my boss and told her that I was passing bad checks - which is why they want to get a hold of me. They are actually part of a tag team.  An Anthony Taylor who is a locator called me & said he had a summons to serve me but I I called this number 888-810-6790 I could straighten it out.

I don't pass bad checks, I do owe money and have been paying it through a debt consolidator - but to defame me at my work place - I am very, very upset right now.

I just called the Mass Attorny Generals office and filed a complaint.  I will not stand for this type of harassment.  And to be defamed at work as well.  I can't believe the length that these scumbags will go.  I am beside myself with angst concerning this.  They need to be stopped!!!!

maybe you have not passed bad checks in the way you might think, all these collection agencies collect on bad pay day loans that checks were written to pay them back. its a debt not paid. simple ... now everybody wants to think that everybody is a scam b-cuz you do not want to pay your bills ... get over it and take care of your commitments...

The only scam artist's i see are the ones that sign a contract to take a loan and then do everything they possibly can to not pay it back. thats stealing and you should be put in jail.. Do not try to blame a collection agency for contacting you on an agreement that you made and then did not honor..

Your tiresome "Pay Youse Bills" song and insulting demands that we "get over it" are far too typical of industry shills who periodically crawl out from a lawbreaking agency's sludge pit to jam forums like this with more of the same abuse you deliver by phone.

Threats of arrest, litigation, and asset seizure from a debt collector are serious federal violations. Ditto for making false debt accusations, as these payday collections thugs often do. Meanwhile, defaulting on a lender is not a criminal act, it is a business problem. Nonetheless you Buffalo Bullies all want to make debt seem worse than murder in broad daylight while making flimsy excuses for your own resistance to what the laws demand of you.

I'll venture a guess that the "United" refers to Unipoint Holding, a massive junk debt buyer which may identify as United Recovery Systems. I understand they like to falsify reports to the credit bureaus and improperly hassle relatives of alleged debtors, among other illegal acts. More detail from the submissions here is needed.

Well put Resident47!  "Bill" seems to be one of the scum bags employed by Anthony Taylor.  "IF" Anthony Taylor had any actual balls, he would stop calling to harrass everyone and simply follow legal means to collect.  All I can say is he better watch himself and his thugs if he thinks he can step foot anywhere near me or my family!
