Call twice from a simliar number saying my social security number has been suspended. Smh number blocked!

This seems to be the scam of the week.  As well as this number I've gotten calls from 888-810-0214, 888-810-0211, 888-810-0240 and  888-810-9072 over the past two days.  All of them left voice mail messages.  In a computerized male voice I was told that the Social Security Administration was calling to inform me that my "Social Security number had been suspended due to suspicious activity".  Press one to talk to a scammer, oops, I mean someone.

Same here. It happened since yesterday.  4 time yesterday and 3 time so far today. Even iBloock the number, they use different numbers very similar to others, and always 888-810. All the messages are same telling me my SS number has been blocked. How can we stop these scam from using multiple numbers.

I recived a  call, prerecorded message stating, 'your social security number has been suspended for suspicious activity. To hear the details of this case, press one.' Well, pressed one, and it sounded like it had connected, and heard chatter in the background briefly,  then it disconnected.  My fiance called the number back, and it has been disconnected.  I blocked the number and will be keeping an eye out for it
