Recieved a call from private number, stating they would contact my employer, family members and friends about a legal matter that I needed to resolve.  They said my name,  SS#, and date of birth identify me as a respondent in this legal claim.  I needed to call them back immediatly at 1-888-818-3365 to get a swarn statement.  No company name.  Very strange.

My wife had the same thing happen today. The wouldn't give a name of what company agency they work for just saying it was a collection attempt before serving her papers for an old best buy credit card.

They called my friends number and said I was set for a lawsuit that was going to mediation

I have been getting those calls too and turns out my husband has been getting them too for me and who knows who alse at this point. They leave a live message or sometimes recorded but leave different call back numbers, 877-630-5666, 888-767-8895, 888-818-3365. Some show unknown caller while others show 928-597-4715. All say the same thing I have a claim against me and i need to contact them to stop legal action. They use big legal words to intimidate. I have looked them up one was Regional Acquisition other was law firm and one came back as payday loan which i have never taken out so i know it's fake and from what others say all scams. Who ever they are they all say the same thing and have only said my first name and last 4#s of my ss. So frustrating and embarrassing if they are calling my husband then there probably calling friends or relatives. Its been going on for over a month now I don't know how to stop them.

This caller said I had insufficient funds in my bank account and it was urgent that I call.  Fraudulent call.
