SCAM- called and left two voicemails.  When I called back and asked what it was regarding, they said I had written a check against a closed bank account and owed $1,1000.00  They started prodding me for information which I didn't give them and I hung up eventually.

Got two calls this week. Since when does someone need to get a call before mailing something to an address they already have? I don't know how people like this live with themselves.

They called again and left the same message. This time I called them back, and I was NOT polite, and told them that I had contacted legal counsel and if they called me one more time, the lawyer will file suit against them. The woman I talked to said my number was used as a contact number for the woman they are looking for and it is now removed. We'll see.

Elaine Perkins keeps calling me saying its the last chance to get these fax documents? I have not requested any documents. This sounds like a scam from the other messages on this web page. I hope someone will do something to them and make them afraid about going to court or jail, too! lol

That's funny they just left a message for me on my ex-wifes phone. Didn't leave a name or a reason but said I needed to call them..... ya, I'm thinkin not a chance in hell

I got the same message. The person who left the message said her name is Elaine Perkins.  When I back, they told me that I took out a loan from Manhattan processing in a State and Year that I was not in that state.

ONE hundred percent same message.  Same person as many of you mentioned.
