Bogus text message saying that "Our office has been retained to deliver certified documentations...to your residence that we have on file. Due to no contact we are asking that you call the issuing firm that is handling this matter today." Although the text did not come from this 888 number, it asked that we call that number so it is obviously a scam-related phone line.

Fraudsters. They have stolen my information. Report to police asap.

Wouldn't it be your job to report your information was stolen?

I received something similar today, claiming I owed a lot of money from over 15 years ago and I could pay it over the phone at a "discount" or they'd take me to court. Bogus info, the account they mentioned I never had, I gave them zero information and hung up. Definitely a scam.

Received a message from a different phone number to call this number to consult a civil judgment that is being filed. I have no outstanding debt or any issues that would constitute this action. I have had no contact from any court or law firm etc etc. Oh wait..24 years ago I had an issue with ID theft but that was resolved.
