Get early  morning calls from this place leave no message picked up once they were asking for an ex spouse who hadnt had this number in years.Must be bottom feeder collections.
CC banks sell the old uncollectable accounts to cheap companies and they start digging on numbers from years ago.

Got a call earlier today I was actually surpirsed by how helpful and nice he was.  his name is Paul bucanon and he is a collection agency.  I have never spoken to someone from a collection agency that really understands you and is there to help you.

Keep getting collection calls from this number for a name that I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. My answering machine greeting specifically states my last name, and that calls for "any other last name will be immediately deleted" but it does no good. Finally today I called them and SCREAMED at the person answering not to EVER call this number again. I will continue to do this. (It felt really good.)

Got to love all the low life scum bags that come together to defend there cesspool lifestyle. I do not work for or affiliate with any collections agency, but as a hard working American that pays all his bills on time without excuse, i'm proud that these agencies exsist. Could not even imagine what state America's economy would be in without them. Americans need to stop making excuses and start becoming smarter with their finances or more proactive in working with creditors to pay whats due. Just be thankful that your lack of responsibility has only allowed for these people to place phone calls and remind you of what you have done.

Amazing that for so many people who are so motivated able and willing to work for what they deserve find so much time and energy to waste trying to justify their mistakes as someone elses malicious intentions. I have continually been employed everyday of my life since the age of 15. What seperates me from the rest of the parasites that inhabit and destroy the American lifestyle we have all come to dream of; is the sheer fact that am willing to actually put forth effort to perform my job no matter how much it had paid. Instead of feeling like a victim and wasting the other 300 million americans tax dollars sitting on government assistance, try focusing on becoming a productive part of society even if it means working at Mcdonald's.
    Just a reminder to all who visit this site that the blood sucking Democratic politicians who amend the FDCPA and publicly attack these agencies who are scrubbing our society of infectious scum only care about votes and not your welfare. Same with all the attorneys who are the actual predetors looking for a way to make money selfishly for themselves no matter how much they continue to corrode the integrity of the american judicial system. Then there is the national press who only care about viewership and/or readership irregardless if the information they report is incomplete, misinformative or preying on the ignorant.
     Conclusively what Americans need to relearn is that the majority of responsibilty for the state of ecomomics today in 2010 or at any point in history rest on that of it's citizens. Americans in tha last 40 years want to get the most by doing the least possible. That type of greed has opened doors for these agencies to exsist that so many who attend this site despise.

They called asking for my name but they were really looking for another person with the same name as mine.... who's 10 years older than me.... in a city 200 miles away...

The message said it was Northstar Collection Agency, calling to collect a debt.  I have no debts.  I have no connection with this company.  Predator.  This website is so helpful.

wow thanks for the info!!!!  It gave me everything I needed to file a complaint with out attorney general in Texas.  I AM SO SICK OF THEM CALLING ME FOR MIKE LEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  which is not us, don't know him, would love to get my hands on him.   All his bill collectors call here.
