I received a phishing email claiming this is a paypal help number and trying to get me to call it.

I did as well.

A few days ago it was a "crypto" 24/7 helpline.

Received fake bitcoin phishing email with this number to report fraud.

That was the number on a scam email supposedly being a receipt for a bitcoin purchase. I was clearing my spam folder and found it there. No funds were taken from any of my accounts nor charges to my credit cards.

I received a email stating my Amazon Prime was renewed for 3 years & my card was charged $357.  Needless to say it was just a scam as the email can with a @gmail.com address.

Y'all know that you can forward these types of emails to your abuse dept at your internet provider as well as the company supposedly being represented, which in this case is Amazon or Paypal or whomever they show in the email. Let them deal with scam emails. Do not call back the numbers on the email nor click on any links.

abuse@ (name of email provider) in this case it would be abuse@gmail.com.  Gmail will take the account down.

I have Gmail and I’m always forwarding to them when I receive scam emails. But just as a double precaution, I will send it to Amazon or PayPal or whomever is indicated in the email. It may not go anywhere but it makes me feel better lol. Seriously, it’s just really sad what people will go through to try and scam people.

I got this # attached to an email 'remewing' my Amazon Prime Account.

Received PayPal email with subject line of Your Bitcoin Order is Successful. Addressed to Dear Customer. Looks very official, no misspelled words with Order No., Transaction Date, Receipt No., Seller: MoonPay Ventures, Product Description, Amount: $300.00 USD, Payment Method Used: Debit/ Credit Card all listed with details.

Update: forwarded email to daughter to be sure it didn’t pertain to her prior to checking the phone number here. The email is from: “hitrensimon5@gmail.com”

I received an email from Someone over at this number 888-820-1909- It had the paypal logo on it
About BITCOM to I haven't been charged anything at all but im kind of pissed they are doiing this to people,,  How can I report this.
