I received a call from them. What you need to do to have these stop is to file a complaint with the FCC at:

http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e37&id=d1e132

and also look up your state's consumer protection board (just Google your state's name and the word "consumer"; most states have online complaint forms).

File both and these messages should stop. Make sure to have company put everything in writing. If they break their contract contact your State Attorney General's office, provide a copy of letter. Also you will be able to sue them for breaking state and federal privacy laws.
