I received a call from them saying I took out a loan but didn't

To collect money for a past payday loan for the parent company of a small company.  Corey Ellis and a lady are the only ones who answers.  They are rude and just says they will see you in court.  Blue National Mefiations is the company calling.

They are saying I owe a loan company $300 and saying they are filing a lawsuit for $1,000 on top of court cost and I had 3 options. Settle, go to court or deal with the loan company and the numbers they gave me to call to confront them didn't work. It's scam!

Company called has my social said I took a loan out that I was being sued. I never took a personal pay day loan out. Didn't give me their company name only that the loan was through personal cash advance. Would not provide contact info for the company.

They have violated the FDCPA  by refusing to give company information .  Making the threat of arrest or court is also a violation.   Give your state attorney general a call.

It is a scam for sure when they threaten to serve papers just tell them you will meet at the local sheriff's office and they can serve papers there but all they do is call you names and hang up.. I sure hope that nobody gives them a credit card number

I received a call asked to verify my social. I refused asking for more information they continually put me on hold and said they couldn't give any additional information without verifying my social and that I would receive documents in the mail.
