They made an unauthorized transaction to my debit card $29.95 on 3/25/09  did you get a refund or did they continue to charge your account?

If you call dont enter any info and it will direct to a rep because they had no record of any of my information.

I was also billed 29.95 by this company after I signed up for a free credit report from mycredithealth.com. I did not authorize Privacy minders to charge anything to me. I did not sign up with them. Now they billed my account and used the phone number for mycredithealth.com as the billing number. I think these two companies are in league. I cancelled mycredithealth.com way before the trial period ended, but they said it doesn't matter, privacy minders is a separate company.  I called privacy minders and supposedly they are cancelling my account and refunding my money. We'll see.

I signed up for mycredithealth.com, and canceled. I have been reading on websites that they are connected to privacy matters, and if you sign up for mycredithealth, you are also signing up for privacy matters. I have called both numbers that are associated with privacy matters, and they have not been able to locate any information about me via credit card, phone, address, or email. I have been trying to find more information about them on the net, but so far haven't seen anything concrete. Most people are on the net complaining about them, but don't list any details such as how they were able to resolve the problem.
