Received call on my cell phone. Did not answer and they left no message.  Scam call for sure since I don't give out my cell phone number except to family. Also not leaving a message means "scam" in almost every case.

Received the call at 3:56PM EST on my cell phone. Did not answer, left no message.

Got like 4 calls. Voice Messages were blank. IDK.

Got a call from them and I hung up on them from my cell without answering.
I called the Number back.  After being on hold someone answered and
said they were a collection agency.  They asked for my number to look up
the file and when she ran it their system could not find a file.

Only possibility is that it is my son that they want but he died Jan 1, 2015.
She said she does not know why their system called me.  I told her if they
called again I will contact FTC and/or anyone else who can make life difficult
for them.

Keep getting calls from this number and no one is there.

The company is called "CCS" (Credit Collection Services).   All of the calls I have received are not even for me.  They are a debt collection agency who uses, in most cases, old or outdated phone numbers provided by Experian to try to reclaim bad debt, typically medical expenses. In order to have your number removed from their list you need to contact Experian,

9am, 2/14/19. I picked up 4 voice mails and the 2nd was a threatening message barraging me. Caller said his name was Willie Thomas, he represented Clearview R/Evolutions (couldn't truly make out this company even after repeated playbacks) and that someone I know, but not well, had payments over due and, according to my agreement for his "voluntary restitution" I was out of compliance on his debt payments. He challenged me to call him at 888-313-0084 ext. 315, mention Case # 3147999, and honor my obligation. At no point did his belligerence lessen. Of course, I didn't return the call.
