Did anything ever happen? They spoke of a "complaint" and having a summons, blah blah

They called me and then called my mom. Have no idea what they are talking about.  It had sounds of a call centre in the background and I hung up.

Keep calling me about a complaint filed against me and saying they need to talk to me. However the callback number they give me doesn't match their caller ID number and the number that they call me from always changes.

left vm at work and on cell phone, they have a complaint ready to be served. They are granting me courtesy by calling b4 they send the PoPo to my place of employment or at home to arrest me unless I call them to give them my confirmation and authorization to withdraw money out of my checking account with JP Morgan. Lol yeah ok, why don't jus have a sit and wait for my call......it's coming

They calling from 307-439-1388 on the caller ID

The number on the caller id is a Daytona Beach number. They left a voicemail stating that they have an open case and needed to speak with me. The guy states that his name is Alex Wexler but I couldn't really catch the name of the company. I think he said AAG. Totally a scam!!! They send whoever to my house because that's the only way they'll be speaking to me.

Scammers will be scammers.   They call about someone unknown and leave threats. It's funny what they say.  It appears that they go through their files and start calling every few months. Hoping to get someone to listen to them.

They leave a threatening message about a complaint and delivery. No processs server will call  to confirm delivery.   Don't fall for this people.  Police won't  come to your work,  you will not be arrested.   Don't fall for their scams. Don't talk to them.

It sounds like they are going through old expired debt that they bought and are hoping to collect on it.  Do not talk to them.  Don't resurrect a written off debt.

If it was a legitimate debt,  you'd be getting lot of collection letters.   Do not call them to request a copy of the alleged debt--- this may be an acknowledgement of the charged off debt and start the debt new again (time toll).  Check your State codes for this info on debt collection.

These guys are operating and preying on innocent people with scare tactics.  Don't fall for it.

They call from different numbers in your area code.

Again, if this was a legitimate debt you'd be getting collection letters in your mailbox non-stop from the creditor (collection agency).

The messages they leave are funny. I wonder how much commision they are getting paid to fraud innocent people who don't know their rights.

Check your mailbox,  but don't call these clowns back.

Got a phone call from 903-686-0440 and called them back. They didn't ID themselves and put me on hold. I hung up. Then they called from an UNKOWN number and left this number to call back. Name was Scott Halloway?

The caller id was 4133019885...said my brother left me as a reference, the caller's name was Anthony Freeman, left the  8888999329 extension 112 then left a case number and USMA. Talked with my brother he got a similar call today also.

kept getting calls from here about an ex-husband from 20years ago. finally they called me by name, and i returned their call.  then they told me i had an attitude and was listed on the complaint but would be removed. never said what company they were with or anything.

They've been leaving threatening messages saying they're going to garnish my wages and they're giving me a warning. They state they've made multiple attempts to contact me etc. Company I think is ACM.

Ask for a verification of debt letter; if they provide than they are legit.

They keep calling threatening me with legal action over a debt or case that is pending against me that they never identify.

I got a call from them too saying that there is a complaint against me.But wouldn't you think you would get some official mail

Yeah, about every few months, these same people call telling me they have legal documents and ready to serve me.  Noone ever shows up and then they stop again for another couple months.  they call from a local number, but provide this 888-889-9329 as the call back with an extension.   If it was a true creditor looking for you, you would get collection letters in the mail.  Also, they can't arrest you, it's just a scare tactic.

Complete Scam

Called about my daughter. Said they have a couple of complaints and can't get her to respond. Frank Tedesco legal department case 1042241. Call back at this number. Not calling back. In your dreams! Scammer for sure.

Rec'd call from local number of 504-322-3228 saying that I need to call back 888-899-9329 and talk to Scott Holloway. Called back, they answer and don't even say who they are or who they are representing just answer, "Hello? How can I help you?" My response, you called me - I'm calling you back. Then they asked for my name and social and I wouldn't give it to them and then asked for my date of birth and I again, wouldn't give to them and he then began cursing me out telling me he was prosecuting me to the fullest extent of the law and will have the police at my house to arrest me for bank fraud and I asked how when he didn't know who I was supposedly?  I couldn't understand the response to that as he was screaming and cursing at me.  That's when I said a few choice words for him back and hung up.  They literally left me a message, hung up with me and called my husband leaving him a message and then several other family members within a matter of seconds in between!  Such a scam!  Do NOT give these people any information or even bother to call them back!

Let your employer know too. Do not put anything past callers like this..

Oh. goodie - another Pay UR bills SHILL - who can not write a coherent sentence AND does not give the name & address of his "company".  Of course he has the nerve to call a stranger a thief too.
