I googled this number.  It is a company called Just Hope.

woman called offering me a grant that all US citizens over 18 can qualify for, grant opportunities package costs 1.95, asked to confirm mailing address - i told her i was not interested. she said she was calling from "your grant advisor".

CALLER WANTED TO SEND ME FREE INFO ON GOVERNMENT GRANTS. SHE KNEW MY HUSBANDS NAME, AND ADDRESS. I WENT ALONG WITH HER UNTIL SHE ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I HUNG UP ON HER.SHE GAVE ME A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OF 1-800-338-7537

This number called for my husband when I told the guy that he wasn't home he hung up on me. I called back and told the person who answered the phone to remove us from there list and she did the same thing, hung up on me. How do we get rid of these people.

Telemarketing call from a middle eastern speaking person offering me the "free government grants I asked for".  I asked to be removed from the mailing list and the person told me that it was complicated to do.  I then asked for the name of the company he worked for because I wanted to report them because by law they have to abide by my request.  After several minutes of arguing with this person, he blurted out the name "Immediate Grants" and rattled off some numbers really fast and then hung up.  Fortunately I have call ID on my cell phone and 800-338-7537 was the number.  The number reflects a hosting company.

a lady called me from this number. she were looking for a Anthony. i said this is a wrong no. and there was a brief silence.

Told them I did not fill out any info for this grant as I am disabled.
The person persisted. So I asked for the name of the company and told them I was going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
the man then said if I did that they would kill me!
Have since filed a complaint with the police department and the FTC.

I just tried e-mailing them asking them to take me off their list...the e-mail is invalid...so I tried calling them, and I heard hold music for like 10 min!! Does anyone know how to report them??

This number has called my cell phone at least four times in the last week. Something about government grants, and when I ask to be taken off their call list, they hang up. I called back and a woman answered hello, and then stated that her grandson had got her phone? Asked to speak with a supervisor but never got anyone.

This organization is definitely up to no good.  I received an anonymous call from them this evening.  I found it matched  "Just Host" web hosting business.  I called them and the representative had a strong mid-eastern accent.  I told her that I couldn't hear her and that she would have to speak up.  She hung up.  I called again and got another person who said that she had called my number looking for someone other than me.  I told her to remove my number from her call list.  She hung up.  Definitely a scam of some kind.  I'm going to report them to the donotcall.gov site and I hope you all do the same.

they called me too. They are telemarketers offering e-bay tool kits.

When I got a call from this number, it was a recording that left a voicemail and it was about an extended car warranty and that it was my final call. My extended warranty has been up for over a year now.
They just call and call and at the end of the recording you can press a number to talk to a rep. and then it hangs up on you.

Until we ALL start reporting the numbers that hang up or give you some stupid record to the "DO NOT CALL" list. nothing will be done.  I try to report every one I get that does not answer or is a recording.  There has to be some sort of regulation to make this illegal.

This number called me this morning at 8AM,and left no message.  When I tried to call the number back, I received a message that the call was very important to them, and for me to continue to hold.  After about 2 minutes, it hung up.  This happened twice.  I've blocked this number from calling again.

This number has shown up on caller id for the last month and no one is EVER at the other end when the phone is answered.  It is to the point that I have called the phone company to file an unwanted phone call complaint.  I will have to see what they are able to do, 'cause I am not having much luck.

They call everyday more then once a day, and when we pick up they hang up. They don't even bother trying to sell us anything or even speak to us. Just call and hang up call and hang up every time we answer it drives us nuts!!
