- FeliSaid she was calling from Cranberry Resorts in Colllingwood and that a friend of mine stayed there last week and that's how she got my number.
Offered a free trip for 2 nights/ 3 day stay in Orlando or Las Vegas for 2 people 30 years and up if we attend a presentation in Collingwood for about 90minutes. She said return airfare and hotel stay are included in the trip.
It sounds too good to be true. I told her to call me back in a couple days so I have a chance to check out whether it's a scam.- Caller: Cranberry Resorts
- Call type: Telemarketer
- FeliUpdate: Previously in this thread some people had referred to this number coming from Southern Journeys so I checked that out since I couldn't find much on Cranberry Resorts. Some people like it. Some people really hate it. According to a guy named Tony in the comments section of http://elliott.org/is-this-a-scam/afraid-victims-scam/ the "free trip" is really complicated coupon requiring you to pay extra $150 to request 3 different dates at least a month apart and another $150 if you want to travel on Saturday or Sunday.
I don't think it's worth the hassle unless perhaps you have a lot of time on your hands and are flexible with dates and know how to deal with high pressure sales tactics from the presentation.- Caller: Cranberry Resorts
- Call type: Telemarketer

- Cassie| 1 replyReceived a call from 1-888-906-8207 I didn't answer because it's a Saturday during super time and the mans voice sounds automated but it is not. He leaves message saying he has a summons for me and will serve me with the paper work either at my place of employment of my home? When I call back with my number it's the same guy when I call back with a private number no voicemail picks up? Should I be concerned ?
- Call type: Event reminder
