Scammers!!!!! Received call about fake legal documents being served to me. I called the court and of course nothing. I called and talked with Edgar Ramos, he tried to tell me I was being sued for a debt that was 10years old. He then sent me an email to pay. I looked up this company Global Asset Recovery Service out of California and its FAKE. There is no such company that is registered in California. Also Process servers don't call to warn you that they are coming. There is all kind of stuff on the internet about these SCAMMERS!!! Do not pay them!!! Report them to the FTC and attorney general.

Did anything happen after I just received the same kind of call

Received a call for edgar ramos say that they tried to serve papers at 2 of my residences one I've never even heard of.lol said I was being taken to court and that it would still happen if I didn't respond so I called to ask what it was he already had my name and ect even the last 4 of my social security number did not ask me to verify anything to make sure it was me to me it was from a over drafted bank account from 2014 2015 said there was also another person on the account as well. That I owed almost 2k I said I have no knowledge of it and there nothing in my credit report about it, he said hold on put me on hold for about 5 min said good news if you pay half we will clear your name and liability and just go after the other person for the rest but if I pay in 4 days I only pay 500 instead of the 900 said he was from global asset recovery services  but I can't fund that company
