I have gotten this call several times before, each time from a different number.  A recorded woman's voice tells me that "my Apple iCloud account has been breached and that it is not safe to conduct any financial transactions over the Internet until I talk to Apple Support'--Press 1 now to speak with an 'Apple Support' representative."  The first time I got this message, I bit.  After a half-hour "Tango macabre" with the purported "Apple support" person, it was clear that it was a total scam.  He wanted me to buy a year's worth of "AppleCare" with $300 worth of Apple Gift Cards purchased right away at my nearest Walgreens.  At that point the red flags exploded, I blew him off, and changed practically every password on my system--and I never experienced any of the threatened problems.  But it was a huge pain in the Gesatz.
