NIA consulting said that BOA has claimed money from them against my Home.

John Caliendo called me and refer about my insurance home; call my mortgage and they didn't work with them...they will report it to the police. I called him again and he told me he works independently and for Affordable Home Loans and I called them too. So I am trying to find if it was a real or not but If I don't find them I will report to the police too.

They called left me message. They knew name and property address. I called my bank they had no idea who they are as im dealing with them directly. They said its public records so companies just get ur info and try to help if they are a real company or like others pay them instead of paying ur mortgage company which is easier to kw its a scam. annoying to have to waste energy to figure out whats real and what not. Call ur bank be on the real safe side.

Received a call today 01/04/11 from Micheal from 888-921-4013 asking about cost from a closing for the buyer we had done, he knew the purchase price and the amount the buyer brought to closing, he wanted to know how did the buyers bring there closing funds (company name on check), I ask whom he was with and why the questions? said a claim had been brought against the mortgage insurance.
his extension  5628. who are these people? what right do they have to call and try to get that personal information concerning anyone.

Got a voicemail today from someone named Michael at 888-921-4013.  In the message he said he was from Republic Mortgage trying to verify a 401(k) balance for one of our old employees who worked here for 3 months over 5 years ago.  I've never been asked for this information before and would never even consider giving it out to anyone.  I just deleted the message assuming it was a scam but my curriosity got the better of me so I tried to call back.  The number was for NIH Consulting.  I just hung up.

I did some research and find out that this is just a scam.  Do not give them any information.
