    This number appears on new PC....says "is your computer running slow" free support 24/7.  This happened after trying to load Free Avast, after purchasing Avast Internet Security.... The computer now is totally black.  Called Avast pitiful support three times to ask why i had to install free version first before loading paid version? Result: poor, disrespectful agent (i will never again purchase or use any Avast products from here on out).  Consulting my IT friend for real solution, since i believe i got infected by a virus, or worse, ransome virus. There's nothing loaded on the computer to ransome! I'll repost with solution!
