I received the same call two days ago.  The id on my phone was systweak. Fell for it hook, line but not sinker.  Stopped when asked for credit card number.  I gave them access to my computer using Supremofree.com.  Showed me 5 hackers who broke into my computer and other scary stuff.

I called systweak and they confirmed it was a fraudulent call.  But they charged me 299.99 to check out my computer and give me an additional year of service.  So either way I had to pay!

Almost exact same thing happened to me. I had a problem that systweak claimed he couldn't fix. This was a simple problem where System restore was being deleted. I believe this was a problem systweak tech created. He told me he had to send this to the next level in California for analysis and they would get back to me. I got caught because I was expecting a call back from systweak. The next day I got a call from a magic Jack phone claiming that my systweak  had not updated in 3 days, and had to be checked. He used Supremo to connect and told me I didn't have to call systweak again and he would be my own personal tech from now on. He went into registry and Event View and show me many errors that could only be fixed by rebuilding the registry, and he had to buy a license to do this. which cost $199. They spent all day doing something I don't know what and claimed that they where rebuilding registry, and repairing. Computer worked ok after this, but my important bookmarks were deleted intentionally. They also installed unlicensed systweak Pro on my computer as a bonus which caused a lot of problems and that had to be uninstalled. They way I found out they were a scam is when my tech took day off and I called systweak and they denied having anything to do with them (lie). This was defiantly an inside job. NEVER deal with systweak . Their technicians are inferior and can't be trusted, nor can systweak. NEVER deal with bogus indian scum in foreign countries where you have no recourse.

Please be advised to never grant any permissions as we did on one of our test machines and they caused what could have been valuable damage if it was a real computer we were using. They transfered all our fake documents including passwords, bank info, desktop files, and pictures. We research such scams as this and setup research machines and place fake documents from time to time to help us bust these individuals. We now have recordings of our fake info being taken, and recordings of the calls. Once we finished our complaint process, we will be releasing the recordings on YouTube.

I am a real security expert in Canada, I do have valid contact with Microsoft and other security companies, and we will keep educating citizens around the world on these scams for as long as we live.

Feel free to reply and ask as many questions as you need. We do watch several forums such as this and make responses.

If you have given them access, then I advise that you be sure to change all of your passwords to banking websites, PayPal, Facebook, or anything else that could allow someone to identify you personally, or get a hold of your credit card information. I would also recommend taking your computer to a local repair shop near you to make sure that they didn't install something that could violate your privacy. They like to install invisible viruses these days.

PCEXPERTS.COM called my 84 year old mother telling her that they've discovered viruses on her computer, and she should pay them $240 to clean her computer and for one year of 24/7 tech support. They took her checking account info for an electronic transfer (because they don't accept credit cards).  After learning this a few hours later, I told the company to cancel the service and issue a refund.  They said they would, but would take 30 days.  That is baloney!!  I called the bank, and they got her money back the next day.  A week later, they created a new charge under her account, advancing the check number by one digit, and re-debiting her account.  THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD!!!   The police have been notified, and the bank is in the process of getting her money back, and closing her account.  Any company that works this hard to steal money from you needs to be removed from the planet!!!

Funny lying systeeak representative giving his own lying review.  You can tell by his broken English.  And look at the only complementary reviews below-joy Rusell and Donald Bridge- their broken English-they are scammer rep of systeeak from India.  Their fictitious names don't even match their broken Poor English.  Systeeak is a scammer hijacker of computers-Reg Pro-all their fake clean packages give you more viruses and access to your computer.  I paid for their $99 package of systeeak and reg pro and 2 others and now my computer is immobile full of viruses to max.  And they won't stop calling me and tell me they are going to charge my card and tell me I have their service forever even though I didn't sign for their eternal service.  Block them!!!  Don't give them your info!!!  They don't give up calling you.

I have a contract for 4 years with them. They are awesome people who help people like me. I would say I trust them. They told me that there are some small firms cheating customers using their name and ruining their reputation. They post here in 800notes after creating false identities and ask people to read reviews here posing them scammers. Wise people will always figure out what I said.
