Caller ID says "TOLL FREE CALLER," but if it is legitimate, the caller/company should identify him- or herself or itself for whatever it is. As it is, if it looks like some clown is calling, it gets blocked. With the recent FCC ruling that makes call-blocking a legal part of telephone service (and not rationalized away for $$$) that such services offer, it's only a matter of time before most of these scammers, predators and robodopes get blocked.

It so happens this is the number for Xarelto's Carepath.  In my case, at least, they left a message for me to call them concerning an investigation to see if my costs could be reduced.  This number is listed on their web site, so it's legitimate.  If you're not a Xarelto user, I can't imagine why they would call.

I got a message from this number on 10/15/2016.  They are supposed to be checking if CarePath can help with the cost of Xaerelto.  The message said they had checked with my insurance and wanted to tell me the information they got.  Left their # to call back and it rang forever with no answer.  One of their reps had given me 1-800-652-6227 to call for Patient help.  Call would not go through. Help!!

Just got a call from this number, July 3rd @ 3:03 pm EST - Caller I.D. 800 Service 1-888-927-3586 .. I did not answer .. a gentleman left a partial message "Hi, this is Rich and I am a Business Coordinator" >> end of message

Scammer using fake numbers.
