Was a recorded "computer virus" message, but with  a variation. The recording said they would no longer be providing their "service" and to call back to get a refund.  Obviously they want your credit card info for this "refund". Clearly a scam.

I was asked to turn on my computer and download a file which gave them access to my computer and was told to fill out the form requesting refund and to wait and the accountant would be on the phone with me then the phone went dead I called them back and asked what was going on tell them about my suspicions and he got on and said he was hacking my computer that he was giving me no access to it I would not be able to login so I shut it down and hung up he called back and said to try to login and he would call me    He said he wanted money to get things back on my computer
