I got an add in my inbox in my email for Re New Cigs, to try them free for 14 days. I sent for their started kit for the 14 day free trial for their smokeless vapor cigarettes, it said just pay shipping $4.95 by filling out first your billing info on the first page and then your credit card information on the second page. So I filled everything out and hit, (Order). Then a screen pops up saying you will be enrolled as a member and you will receive Vapor cartridges in the mail and be billed for this order - then you have to press you- Except. (This was only after they already had my credit card info.) So I thought I canceled my order when I deleted my order and did not press - Except! They sent the starter kit to me anyway and they billed my credit card $4.95. I tried to call to cancel after it came in the mail, but no one came to the phone to cancel, after waiting 15 minutes on hold - twice, all I could do was get mad and hang up. I see now I was scammed since they had my credit card info already they charged me for their small Vapor cartridges they sent me, too. So I called my Bank and reported how I was duped into paying $109. to be a member when all I wanted was to check out their free trial to see if I like them or not. I still have not got a refund on my money- on these two cigs in a small box and I sent everything back to Re New Cigs. I have since gone back to their order sight they sent me in my email and read everything completely, in faded very small print it says about being a member at the very bottom of the second page on the sight. If you are over 60 years old - like I am its almost impossible to read with my eye sight. All the rest of their add is in big colorful bold print- Why is that do you think?---I'll tell you why,,, to scam you out of your money! Its almost twice the money you end up paying for their small smokeless vapor cigs then anywhere else that's sells this product. So who in there right mind would buy these small vapor cigs, unless you were tricked into it. And that's what they do and how they get your money! BEWARE!- Caller: Re New Cigs

Customer Support Manager - Luce Nadeau replies to J. Stein| 1 replyHello BEWARE, The exact same thing happened to me. The more reviews I read, the more they are ALL the same. Everybody got charged a second fee of $109.63 ...and on the same statement I got charged from them a 3rd fee of:
$74.58 about 3 weeks later; it said from direct marketing/CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION.......then 4 days later they charged me $103.59 and that one said Amazon Prime membership / CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION...... Bottom line, I didn't know that they kept charging my credit card until I received my statement and saw that my card amount was a lot higher than I expected. I have been speaking with my credit card company, and since I cannot reach Renew Cigs, they will dispute these charges and I will hopefully get all my money back. And, I imagine that my CC co. will report these scammers.

(The bank won't help until you've tried to resolve the issue with the company.) - Yoda1725Their website, renewecgis.com is using a privacy guard service. Reputable companies, normally don't use such a service. One has to wonder why that company is using such a service.

- JohnI just got that charge today! I called my bank and now I've disputed the claim. I originally thought it would be a great alternate to smoking so I got the free trial for my dad. Now it's escalated into something I'm using so much time and stress. I can't even afford to what this "continuous" payments are.
