Called, left no message

They called my landlord to try to get information on me, they were basically pumping her for information so she got the guys name and number from him he told her his name is Gavin Daniels and he works for performance management and left the number 1-800-927-7667 ext 3574. I called back I was 10 mins into this call before they identified themselves as a debt collector trying to collect a debt that was an old student loan from 2005 a very old student loan that is on my taxes and being collected by the federal government once a year. They wanted all kinds of personal information that I refused to give them and wanted phone numbers for my friends and family which I also refused to give them. When I demanded they send me something in writing then it really got bad he refused to do that and tried to demand and bully me into giving him the information. So I blocked him and he needs to stop the harassment.
