Total scam.   Comes out of India.  Ignore it.

I have received several emails stating I owed back taxes and this is my last notification

Caller states owe taxes and federal and state liens are being placed.  Total scam.

I just received an email to call this # about a tax lien being filed against me.

I got the same email. funny how they don't call you but yet email you and expect to call them back with whatever they want pshhh no thank you!! crazy what this world is coming too anything to scare you to try and get money. if it were real would have gotten something in the mail, I wont pay unless I do, but when you ask for proof they get all defensive total scam I think.

I actually do owe money to the IRS, but we have an agreement for me to pay it over time. Where do they find out this kind of info?

I got this scam-spam email telling me I owed back taxes and the usual garbage about 'enforcement' so I called up the number, didn't even identify myself, they never asked me for my name or phone number but I was adamant (that means 'determined', not related to Adam Ant for those who might be a little slow today) that I owed NO taxes, the guy asks me if I was current on my 'filings' and I said 'absolutely' and he says "we're going to take you off our list, have a great day".

The stupid f--kers didn't even know who I was, but apparently they read something in my voice that told them I wasn't going to be an easy mark. They also use the number 855-409-7283.

I just received an email talking about i owed back taxes! i have never owed the IRS! DO THESE STUPID PEOPLE THINK WE ARE THAT STUPID TO GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AT ALL?  

I just received an email from the compliance department saying that a federal tax lien and notice of enforced collection activity it calls me by name at the end it says to confirm eligibility call. Also has a disclaimer saying this offer is not endorsed by the irs

Got an E-Mail  same as above people.  Saying I owe tax's etc. and a Lien will be placed on my property if I don't pay. I haven't had to pay tax's to the IRS in yrs. now. Also used th # 855-409-7283

Sent me an email saying that I owe back taxes.  Mentioned liens and other fun stuff.

It is a scam IRS only contacts people through mail

I recieved an email message stating that there was a Tax Lien with Federal and State tax department.  Funny----I work for the IRS!

Read the fine print at the bottom of the email;

I reveived an email from this number about back owed taxes. Name is Jason Stallings settlement Officer Department Compliance Compliance Dept <notice@compliancedept.info> said to call 888-941-5236 or 888-213-0302.

got an email dated 12-8-14 knew it wasn't legit  clicked unsubscribe and tossed it in the shredder.

I just got the same email. It said do discard the email if it thought this was in error. It also had the disclaimer about not being sent from the IRS.

I just received an email about oweing taxes "Notice of Enforced Collection Activity"  Do they think people are this stupid that if this was real, it would be sent to my home address to Mr. & Mrs. and how did they get my email address ???
