I too have had several calls from that number.  I called them back, (on another phone) and they are a "redemption house".  They have some kind of airline ticket and vacation offer, ( I don't know, maybe a time share).

They claim they only call number who have previously called them or responded to some kind of offer but they are calling on my mobile and I don't recall ever placing THAT call.

1-888-941-5638 - this number was calling my work phone -- I called it back and they said that I won airline tickets and did I get the mailer. I said we were not interested and asked to be placed on the Do Not Call list, as this was a work number.  
The guy actually argued with me and said over and over like 10 times really rude: "You called us first so we are doing nothing illegal" then he started laughing then finally he hung up.

There is nothing we can do to stop them. They get away with it.

The guy said he was travel awards and acted like I called him.  I said I was not interested and hung up. They have called 4 times today.

Incredibly rude and hostile towards me when I asked to be removed from their list. She tried to argue with me that she's not a telemarketer and it's not "crap".

Please remove me from your list. They call my phone constantly and I have not used a travel agency in decades.

I googled the number and came upon this site.  They have called several times and I do not answer unknowns on my cell.  Glad to know some background on this number and now I do not have to wonder who they are.

They keep calling and calling and calling my cell phone!  ARG!!  Cannot get them to stop - they said it is legal (NO -- I did NOT call them first!!!!!!).  Actually took the time to go to their "redemption center" thinking I could get them to stop!   Dark run-down place with locked doors and no access to "meeting" -- met a guy who was exiting bldg. and warned DON'T GO IN!!!   Had been hooked by sales agent for 4 hours!  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

They called my MagicJack telephone number.  They don't leave a message.  Surely they are blind dialing because my MagicJack phone number is used ONLY for making conference calls with my employer.  I simply ignore.

If they call your cell phone, then check if the cell phone has the block number feature.  Add this number to that and you'll never hear it ring, and never get voice mail.  Otherwise do like I do... add the number to your address book and give it a business name of "DO NOT ANSWER".  I add all similar incoming numbers to that address book name.  If you get too many, then DO NOT ANSWER1 and DO NOT ANSWER2.

Can any regulation group stop this?         They call me  3x a day while I am working.

I get calls from this number (888) 941-5638 each day ! If I answer they hang up!  Stop them!
