I am selling a car on craigslist. It was a male's voice on the voicemail and he claim to be able to help me sell it.

Yea so did i.  Im sellin a bike and the guy has called me and left a messge a few times

Selling a Motor Home on Craigslist, he called and left a message that he could sell it for me for a low charge. Yeah as if I'm going to trust someone that says he can sell it for me drive off with a $13000. vehicle! I'm not one of those idiots that's born every minute! And the last guy that tried to scam me on here and eBay got eBay, Craigslist and the FBI called on him!

Posted vehicle on CL saying he can sell my car , there's ppl interested but there will be maintenance fee... I think not. It's a scam

A guy named Payton called and left a message saying he could help me sell my vehicle for a cost of $200. Im selling a motorcycle so that was the first clue he was a scam. Most people dont call motorcycles "vehicles." He left 2 messages so Im about to block him. His number is showing up on my phone as 540-751-3319. When he leaves a messages, he provides the 888 number.

This man Peyton called and left a voicemail from an unknown number but then it popped up on the voice mail for 540-751-3319 and gave me an 800 number. Uhhhh no thanks. Trying to sell my car without having to pay to sell it.. isn't that the purpose for me not have to pay to sell it? Anyway, tired of these scammers

Just received the same call from “Payton”. I am so glad I typed his number on google before calling back. Will report to the FBI. Thank you all

I received a phone call from this man called Payton. Totally scam you don’t call someone from one number and than provide another number. He wants to charge a fee for selling my vehicle. Hell no!! .. scam

Just received the same voicemail from “Payton”. He has a client who is interested in my vehicle. For a small fee he can help me sell it. So glad I typed his number on google before calling back! Thanks everyone!
