Same wording for my vm as well. I'm going to call and see. If it is a scam then I will take a day and dedicate it to hacking them and exposing them it's tucked up to give people hope when they are in a scary broke ran out of options and worried state of mind. The tome spent playing theirs games is tome passed where they could have missed real help.

Class action lawsuit right here. Stay tuned.

So I called them back and it is a valid company for debt consolidation that they base off your credit report.

But my voicemail said hardship program. That's 2 different things FLEX FINANCIAL. They want to consolidate old [***] debt that's about to drop off your record. Adding another issue to my plate.

The guy was very kind and helpful and updated the info to remove me off his list as I don't have 19k in debt

No, it isn't.  First they violate the law by calling people on the DNC list.  Then they violated the law by allegedly accessing your credit report.  They don't consolidate anything.  They simply take your money and leave even further in debt.  You certainly are not a very good shill.  Try getting an honest job for a change.

Got the same message,  so I called back. They were very helpful in starting my application. Once they asked for my SS number I gave them my deceased uncles number. They completed the application using HIS NAME. Never received my 19k. If they call again, I'll give his wife's SS number, also deceased

I received the exact same one several times and I think she said her name was Stacy Young but other than that it was word for word. Sounds like a scam especially if I never applied for any kind of help

I receive this exact message, along with “fixing my payday loans, situation” and  this one is my FAVORITE, DO NOT pay any more of your bills/debt without calling us, as PART OR All of your past DEBT, is now in a non-collectible status.  Meaning, debt collectors cannot collect on any  outstanding debts and to call right away to discuss this matter further!  I GET THESE THREE CALLS, at the very least, three times daily.  Along with several different scams!  I always report it as scam/fraud/unwanted and even Political  sometimes.  Political only, because there are a few times where it is the exact message, except for they say Federally approved hardship loan!  I always choose Personal and Business. I report each number twice.  However, the number they want you to call them back at, is always the same, at least, it is for me with call back number ending in 1198.  I silence all my unknown callers, they get sent straight to voicemail.  Then, I read the voice message and do a reverse look up, using both numbers.  Reverse Look up will show you whether or not the number seems safe.  It calculates how times people have searched the number you entered, then uses a scale regarding its safety.  Then it’s your call(no pun intended), provided the information you’re given, whether you choose to call back or not.  If I’m really uncertain?  That’s when I use good ol’ Google!  I entered the and that’s how I ended up here. I sincerely, apologize for my lengthy message.
I feel it’s pretty simple, knowing whether or not, these type of calls/messages are a scam.  Just ask yourself, did you sign up for any relief programs? (Hit “Learn More”, on a pop-up ad?  Or, maybe, you put your phone number in for more info?  I’ll admit it, yeah, I did!️A lot of us need Financial relief?  Did you enter your number anywhere online, regarding any financial relief or debt consolidation help at all? Did you enter your phone number, had second thoughts and backed out before you hit submit?  I swear, it doesn’t matter if you didn’t hit submit.  It’s like, once you put your number in, they got you.  Last but, certainly not least.  Did you fill out an actual application, online or in paper in person for any type of financial relief?  Unless you actually signed up for any financial help or relief, the phone number is absolutely not safe. That also goes without saying even if you did ask for information or submitted an application for financial help, did you really read the entire privacy section where it says they can use third parties?  That is how we mostly get spam calls of any kind.  We all know this, and yet, there are a few of us out there who still, mostly, out of severe desperation, fill out anything that even, remotely looks like a valid and safe place to request such relief!  It’s the same with Insurance!  Any type of insurance, which really makes sad, because I learned my lesson from the above. I’m still learning it, as they keep calling!  However, calling or using an “Official Website” for verified and popular insurance companies to request a quote, and in return, you’re bombarded with 23 calls a day from all different kinds of insurance companies wanting to give you their quote!  I’m not sure how that’s legal?  At least, I’m not sure how that’s legal when, I called them and they begin by saying, “Hi, this is, so and so, letting you know that you are calling on a monitored line that’s recorded for quality and insurance purposes, may I have your name, please“?  In what way did I give them any authority to share my information with any of their subsidiaries or anybody else for that matter?  Moral of this whole novel is nobody safe from spam, fraud or straight up unwanted calls. Unless you go back to the dark ages, and you don’t use names, numbers, computers, phones, I think you get it!  Stay safe out there!

A quick message to the fraudsters, hackers and the spammers, get a real job!  Especially, for some hackers out there!  Please do not mistake this as a compliment!  Some of you are extremely ingenious when it comes to finding new ways to hack/ruin people's lives!  Why don’t you get a job doing what you love to do, hack or write Code for hacking or whatever it is you do, and do it to catch the other hackers or to come up with ways to stop other hackers!  If I had that kind of knowledge, first, I’d like to be on the right side of the law and second, I would take it as a challenge!  Basically to stick it to the other hackers, letting them know, “You’re good, but I’m better!  Okay, I’m done! 😬
