Call is a sweepstakes scam telling me I have won Thirty million dollars. Does not show a name on caller id

Same thing as 1st comment, says its a government official site and i won thirty million dollars...

I won a sweepstakes.  This is the computer generated recording that I heard: "Good day.  This is a secured phone call from the America Sweepstakes Company head office located in Jersey City New Jersey the United States of America. This call is to inform you that your name has been randomly selected as our monthly winner of thirty million dollars in our major sweepstakes and lottery competition.  Your claims code is 9071US.   Once again 9071US.  Please note that this is a certified prize that has been approved by the Federal Trades Commission Bureau of competitions and also the United States government.  To claim your winnings please contact your claims agent George Bernard at the claims department phone number 12014974437 once again 12014974437".  I didn't call him so I guess I will have to wait until he calls again.

Saying they are irs
