Received a letter from "Department of Negotiation" today with this phone no. advising me that I need to call "regarding the adjustment of my credit accounts & that I may be entitled to a settlement of my outstanding credit balance". Since I have no outstanding credit balance, I typed in the above name and found an entry on 800notes by "Just Me - 073114" who'd received an exact copy of this letter w/a different phone no. (877-406-8838).  This one's out of Orlando, FL, and it appears to be a scam, too. I was going to call, just to see what games they were playing, but now I'm not.  Thanks all for your input!

I got the same letter. Figured it was a scam. The business address is 228 Park Ave. New York. Street level is a Chase Bank. I'm not calling but would be interested in what they have to say.
