The same just happened to me.

Same thing happened to me this morning about 5 minutes ago. A very brisk monologue by John Foster, about a "package" that was signed for yesterday either at my residence (I wasn't home), or by my supervisor at work, and wanting to discuss this mysterious Page 12.

He also said he had my SSN.

It was an endless, looped recording. I don't want to call the number back because I am concerned "they" will ramp up the harrassing calls even more. This may be a hoax meant to illicit scared callbacks, possibly to dupe the gullable, or a strategic design meant for those who may actually owe creditors for past indescretions but for whatever means legal they have no other recourse. I have been receiving calls since January that mentioned my being served with court documents either at work or at home, and they have even given me dates said documents were to be delivered - all fake.

I have had serveral messages left on my voice mail at work. The person calling said her name was Ms. Johnson and it sounded like she said she was calling from M&S but she said it so fast I really couldn't understand her. She stated she had recieved paperwork in her office about me and that she has my social security number and other information, but she needed to me to call her back because she needed additional information. This number called me many times about 2 months ago but it was a man and he was very rude and threaten me, he also left messages with my coworkers and manager.I finally told him I was reporting him to the police and he stoped calling. Now its starting up again.
This is a big scam and they need to be shut down.

John foster claiming he has my husbands information an that he needed to go over page 12 of a packet sent to his home or work. A few days ago we got one claiming it wouod be in our best intrest for us or our lawyer to contact them. It's freaking me out.

I just got a phone call frpm John Foster with same information,page 12 sent to my employer abd I haven't worked for years.

This is another scam call to get you all worried and for you to give them money. They are con artists to get you to talk to them and get you worried. They try to convince you that their story is true. They want money from you. DO NOT ever give money to any stranger who calls you on the phone and rambles about some account you have no clue about! If you give anyone over the phone money because they tell you to then you are a FOOL! So consider this a warning. Just listen to the first few lines of the recording it says they sent you a packet that was delivered and signed for. If you signed for it then why are they calling?  Anyone who says they have received a packet on this forum works for this company to make it seem legit.IT'S A SCAM! USE YOUR COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Yup, truly [***], he just called me at work and left a message stating he's a process server enroute to my work and he will need two forms of ID and if I'm not here he will leave papers with coworkers - hahahaha - BRING IT!!!! He also tried calling my cell lol thank God for Mr. Number!!! :-) They need to be prosecuted!

I just spoke with Jack Foster at this number; pretty much saying the same thing everyone else is saying that they sent paperwork to my job and place of residence.  Supposedly I owe Fingerhut  $400 and sum dollars and if  we go to court after the court and lawyer fees it'll be $700.00.  Luckily I pulled my credit report and saw that I do owe Finger hut $88.00 and they sold the account but it wasn't to them.

Just got a call from this # but it was from a Sam Bronstein? Saying it was about the summons that had been sent to my employer. I'm self employed...

I just recieved another message this morning at work. This time he said his name was Sam and he did not state what company he was with. He said that he sent a summons to my employer and that my bank account would be frozen for 6 to 8 weeks. What a scam, they keep coming up with different ways to harass you.

I just received a call from a Sam Bronson telling me that he sent a summons to my place of employment or my residence...both are the same since I am self employed.  What an idiot!  Do they really think people fall for their illegal tactics!

I keep getting calls from the Sam Bronson stating that a summons was sent to my place of employment or my residence... I'm not working due to medical issues...  and that my bank accounts will be frozen for 6-8 weeks... any money that I have coming in.. can't be garnished.. I've been getting other calls from other agencies where they need to verify my information because of money owed... If it were truly a bill that I owed, they would already have my info! wow!

The keep calling and leave messages even though there number is blocked, they must have some way of getting around the block to leave a message. Reported them to the do not call list.

M&S cleared my debt from a company i owed back to. They are not a scam, they actually help you out by sending the paid letter documents and taking care of my bills.

You can't even lie coherently. Looks like you're not stealing enough money to hire a good liar to come on this site.

I too have been receiving calls from this ph#. Sometimes they identify as Sam Bronstein at 888-978-2620 but just recently the caller ID showed this ph# but the message stated Paul Weir at 855-793-3214. They are also threatening me about a summons and freezing my bank accounts. PLEASE!!! But best of luck to them as I no longer even live/work in the same state and I seriously doubt they even know my know residence or job location. All they have is my cell# because I never changed it. I wish someone WOULD show up at my home or job with this nonsense. I bet you they wouldn't ever come back or attempt this with anyone else ever again. Believe that!
