Do you know where this number is calling from? I had a voicemail left saying this is Chris Rosen and now you have been served. He left a complaint number. and the contact number of 888-978-2691 if I wished to resolve the matter before it hit court.

I also got a voicemail but from a Sherry Bradshaw with a complaint number and contact number but what set me to not call back is they used the name I go by on Facebook not my legal name.  Anybody know who these people are? I turned the number into the FCC.

Me and my husband received a call from 888-978-2691.. They gave us a complaint number, and said that my husband was going to have to go to court if he didn't pay this bill... Something is very strange here... They called themselves "National". I was told that they were a debt collector for "Hydra Financial".. They called my husbands parents, his brothers, as well as my parents!!! I have never used his brothers for a reference on anything. I don't even their numbers.... How did they get them????? I have also never used his mothers cell phone for a reference, They said that my husband applied for an online payday loan. We have in the past, but never through Hydra Fiancial!!!  I did do some further research, and this is what I've found.. They deposited money into our account on 4/1.. On 5/6 we rec'd an application for the loan but no signature on paperwork. The next thing we rec'd was on 6/24.. It was an email stating that our account was being sent to collection.. Normally when you apply for a payday loan online, they send you an email so you can "e-sign your documents" and then send them back.. We rec'd nothing.. How can they deposit money on 4/1, but send us an application on 5/6???? No money was ever taken from our account however....  I don't know what to do.. I've spoken to some attorney's and they all say that we are being scammed.. Does anyone else have any other thoughts?? I have spoken to a Moses, a Steffen, as well as a Mrs Brown.. Be very careful in dealing with these people

Wow! Ms. Tonya, and all others, it seems as if I received the same call from National same script. almost had me too. except for the lil fact that I decided to put it in reverse and investigate they ass. And lo an behold;guess what my investigation revealed? Same as every one else. SCAM! Debt collector. Kiddies get your education! A mind is indeed a terrible thing to waste...
