Debt Collector, and the best part is they try and scare you into believing they are suing you. This one says he is a process server and trying to serve you with papers and just wants to verify your address and that you say who you are so they can show up and serve you...but he can stop them as they are enroute to your house if you just hold on the line while he transfers you to their collections dept.
I told them...nope send your process server on out, dont stop anybody thats enroute! That man is just trying to earn a check, let him do his job!  I want all this in writing...they hung up on me after that. And lo and behold!! No process sever showed up at my house!!

I told them the same. If you coming out to get me please do!!!! No one has come. They said I have several pending. ...???? I said several pending what? ?? Charges at what court house? What docket number  gtfoh

They've called everyone I know but me about me. LOL and yeah I new it was just a scare tactic by the wording. I have been served papers before and it doesn't work the way they are stating it They are lame. they claimed to be called landmark and the callers name was dave booker.

Had this woman call everyone that was kin to me with a Landline phone, trying to get in touch with me.   I  called this number and gave them the case # and ext. that they gave my family members. the woman's name was Diana Chavez said I owed them money... said that they had a warrant for my arrest.. she said that she works for Pamela Casey. Said I need to pay $350.00 with a card:perferrable Visa, Or Mastercard or it will cost me $1800 when it goes to court.  She said stopped everything and that she would call me back tomorrow If I could come up with half and work something out with the rest later...

Someone needs to put a stop to this mess.  I would have believe but I have a smart daughter & friend, we called the police where I am from, they do not have arrest for me, this woman Diana doesn't work in this county....

They called my uncle house and claimed I had a legal matter,they told him to tell me to call 888-978-3056 ext.416.Ask for Richard Anderson.I goggled the phone number and found other complaints.

I can't locate them. They claim to be in Austin, Texas, but I know they lie. They represent cash advance places and threaten check fraud, jail time and to harass employer and friends, families. which of course is illegal under the FDCPA and the TDCA. But can't sue them if you can't find them. Landmark Litigation. Get an address place. Tell them you will mail in a payment today and get an address.
