Caller hung up after one ring

Left very fast-talking message that was barely understandable. Wanted me to call back about an order I had  placed. If it's important they'll call me back, which I bet they won't.

Hi. This message is for “my wife’s name on my cell phone”, this is Sherry calling from Clarity about the order you placed with us, we do need to verify some more information. So if you can please give us a call back the number here is 888-978-3416 thank you and have a good day bye.

This number is for CarId, from there verification/fraud department. Normally calls just to verify the card holder to make sure no one has stolen card information.

They called my mother-in-law claiming to be McAfee, claiming there was fraudulent activity from her PC and convinced her to open an email they sent.

Luckily, her husband smelled a rat and called us and we got them sorted out, but that number continues call them.
